We are now looking for a responsible and practical property caretaker for full-time work with our client in Gothenburg. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring that the properties maintain a high standard and function well for tenants and operations.

As a property caretaker, you will work with the daily operations and maintenance of properties. You will have ongoing contact with tenants and collaborate with both internal and external suppliers.

• Supervision, maintenance, and minor repairs in properties
• Reporting issues and resolving operational disturbances
• Contact with tenants and suppliers
• Patrolling properties and outdoor environments
• Participating in maintenance and improvement work

• Is responsible, service-oriented, and self-sufficient
• Has practical experience in property maintenance, operations, or similar work
• Has good problem-solving skills
• Enjoys a varied and independent work environment
• Has good knowledge of Swedish

Meritorious

• Relevant education or certification in property management, HVAC, electrical, or construction
• Driving license B
